01 Why we build
That gap is where invoices stall, hours go unbilled and reports get written from memory a week later. NexaSphere builds for it one specific job at a time, and labels every product for exactly what it is today.

Bill-ready, in development
Bill-ready checks a load against the paperwork its customer requires, names exactly what is missing, and catches a carrier invoice that bills more than you agreed. It is being built for 3PLs and freight brokers.

Ledgerline, not shipping
Ledgerline is a concept for contract security firms: match scheduled shifts to clock-ins before the client invoice goes out. Nothing is for sale yet. A sample billing pack shows the idea.

A working model of Bill-ready's readiness check, using the product's own rules and sentences. The load is synthetic. Attach the paperwork, try the renamed file, swap the carrier invoice, and watch what blocks.
Step through the paperwork
The agreed rate with your customer or the carrier.
Signed at pickup. Names the shipper, consignee, and freight.
Signed at delivery. This is what your customer pays against.
What the carrier billed you, so overbilling is caught before you pay.

Attach the rate confirmation to confirm the amount against its page.
A model of Bill-ready's readiness check, built from the product's own rules and wording as of 2026-10-10. Bill-ready is in development. It does not export to accounting software and does not read scans. Totals are read from the rate confirmation and the carrier invoice. The bill of lading and proof of delivery are checked for presence only.
