Welcome to NexaSphere. These terms govern your use of our website and products. We've tried to keep them fair and readable.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexaSphere products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Our Products

NexaSphere offers various software products including iPhone apps, Chrome extensions, and web-based tools. Each product may have additional specific terms that supplement these general terms.

iPhone Apps

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple.

Chrome Extensions

Extensions distributed through the Chrome Web Store are also subject to Google's terms and conditions.

Free Tier Limitations

The free version includes limited features: 3 folders, 10 searches per day, and 5 tags. Upgrade to Pro to remove these limitations.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39.99/year). Lifetime licenses ($79 one-time) provide permanent access to Pro features.

Data Ownership

Your conversations, folders, tags, and organizational data remain yours. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. Data is stored locally in your browser.

Third-Party Integrations

Optional integrations with Notion, Obsidian, or other services are subject to those services' terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

Platform Dependencies

AI Chat Organizer depends on ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic) web interfaces. We cannot guarantee compatibility if these platforms significantly change their interfaces.

SaaS Products

Web-based software services may require account creation and are subject to our service-specific terms.

3. User Accounts

Some products require account creation. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our products
  • Use our products to harm others
  • Interfere with our services or servers
  • Create accounts through automated means
  • Share account access with unauthorized users

5. Intellectual Property

All NexaSphere products, including code, designs, logos, and content, are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a limited license to use our products, not ownership.

Your content remains yours. By using our products, you grant us only the rights necessary to provide the service.

6. Payments & Refunds

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the relevant app store or on our website. We may change prices with notice but won't affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

Refunds

App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.

Direct purchases: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. Contact us for refund requests.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the relevant app store.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality, we can't guarantee our products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue a product (with reasonable notice).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in the United States.
