Affiliate Program Terms

We welcome affiliates who genuinely believe in our products. These terms protect both you and us. Please read them carefully — acceptance is required before any commission is paid.

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a recurring commission on every paying customer they refer. Commission rates are set at the time of your affiliate agreement and may vary by product and promotional period. Current standard rate: 40% recurring commission for as long as the referred customer maintains their subscription.

2. Payment Terms

30-day hold: All commissions are held for 30 days after the referral purchase date before becoming eligible for payout. This protects against refunds and chargebacks.
Minimum payout: Commissions are paid when your balance reaches $50 or more. Balances below $50 roll over to the next pay period.
Payment method: PayPal or bank transfer (subject to availability in your country).
Payment schedule: Monthly, within 15 days of the end of the calendar month, for eligible balances.

3. Commission Clawback

If a referred customer requests a refund, files a chargeback, or cancels within 30 days of purchase, the commission for that customer will be reversed in full. This is non-negotiable. You will not be charged for commissions already paid — the reversal will be deducted from your future earnings.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

Self-referrals: Purchasing through your own affiliate link, or having friends/family purchase solely to earn commission
Fake accounts: Creating fake accounts, using bots, or generating fraudulent sign-ups
Incentivized signups: Offering cash, gifts, or other incentives to people to sign up through your link
Misleading claims: Making false promises about the product, guaranteeing specific results, or misrepresenting features
Spam: Unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or any distribution method that violates CAN-SPAM or equivalent laws
Trademark misuse: Bidding on NexaSphere brand keywords in paid ads, creating websites that impersonate NexaSphere, or using our trademarks in domain names
Cookie stuffing: Forcing affiliate cookies without user knowledge or consent
Income claims: Promising or implying specific earnings from the affiliate program

5. Disclosure Requirements

You must disclose your affiliate relationship in all content where you promote NexaSphere products. This is required by the FTC (United States), ASA (United Kingdom), and equivalent advertising standards in your jurisdiction. Use clear language such as "This post contains affiliate links" or "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link."

6. Review and Audit

We reserve the right to review all affiliate activity at any time. Affiliates earning more than $100 in their first month will be subject to manual review before payout. We may request verification of your promotional methods at any time. Failure to cooperate with a review will result in commission hold until resolved.

7. No Guaranteed Earnings

NexaSphere makes no guarantees about potential earnings from the affiliate program. Your results depend on your audience, content quality, and promotional efforts. We do not and will not make income claims or promises of any kind.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

Pending commissions that have passed the 30-day hold and meet the $50 minimum will be paid in the next payment cycle
Commissions still within the 30-day hold period will be paid if no refunds or chargebacks occur
Your affiliate links will be deactivated
You must remove NexaSphere branding and promotional materials from your channels

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Active affiliates will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
