1. The 14-Day Guarantee

If you purchase any NexaSphere product (subscription or one-time) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. No questions asked. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

2. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all products including monthly subscriptions, annual plans, and lifetime deals. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be given for the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase email and order number. Include the reason for your refund request (helps us improve, but is not required for approval within the 14-day window). We will process your request within 2 business days.

4. What Happens After Refund

Upon refund, your access to the paid product features will be revoked immediately. You may continue using any free tier features. Any data you created while using the paid features remains yours — we do not delete your data upon refund.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is given for the remaining time in the current period
  • You will not be charged again after the current period ends
  • You can resubscribe at any time at the current price

6. Lifetime Deals

Lifetime deal purchases are eligible for the same 14-day refund window. After 14 days, lifetime deals are non-refundable. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product — if we discontinue a product, we will provide at least 12 months notice and offer either a comparable replacement or a pro-rated refund.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback

If you have a billing issue, email [email protected] first. We will resolve it faster than your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being permanently suspended and being unable to use any NexaSphere products in the future.

8. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we determine to be abusive, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, using the product extensively during the refund window with the intent to get it for free, or filing chargebacks for legitimate charges. Accounts engaging in refund abuse may be permanently banned.
