Your data is 100% private and stored locally in your browser. We never send your conversations to any server. All processing happens on your device.
Does it work with both ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes! AI Chat Organizer works with both ChatGPT (chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com) and Claude (claude.ai). You can organize and search across both platforms. It does not run on other AI chat sites.
What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?
You'll keep access to all your organized folders and tags. You'll just go back to the free limits: 3 folders, 5 tags and 10 searches a day, plus the free prompt templates and auto-organize for 10 chats a month.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as our refund policy at nexasphere.io/refunds sets out. You can also cancel anytime.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes. You can export the chat you are viewing as Markdown, Obsidian-ready Markdown, Notion-ready text or JSON, then download the file or copy it to your clipboard. Export works one chat at a time, and there is no live connection to Notion or Obsidian.
What is the Lifetime plan?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you access to all Pro features forever, including all future updates. No recurring fees ever.
