Where are scans and photos stored?
On your iPhone, in the device sandbox with iOS standard data-protection encryption at rest. Nothing is uploaded.
Do I need a LiDAR-equipped iPhone?
LiDAR scanning requires iPhone Pro or iPhone Pro Max. Without LiDAR you can still use the photo and notes workflow, but the 3D measurement features are unavailable.
How accurate are the LiDAR room measurements?
Measurements are derived from ARKit Scene Reconstruction. Accuracy is good for documentation purposes and side-by-side comparison. Always verify with a tape or laser measure if used for legal disputes.
Can I share a report with a tenant or owner?
Yes. Tap Export PDF to generate a branded report. Share via the iOS share sheet to email, AirDrop, or Files. We do not see or proxy the PDF.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, InspectAI, Cancel Subscription.
