1. The service

Founder Teleprompter ("the App") is an iOS productivity application for solopreneur founders, agency owners, consultants, coaches, and other small-business operators who shoot regular talking-head video content. It lets you paste a script, pace the scroll, trigger playback hands-free via a wave gesture or voice cue, and record a take using the iPhone front camera. All processing happens on your iPhone. NEXASPHERE INC. ("we", "us") publishes the App via the Apple App Store. By installing or using the App you ("you") agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions, lifetime purchase, and billing

Founder Teleprompter offers an annual auto-renewing subscription at $39.99 per year with a 7-day free trial, a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 per month with no trial, and a one-time lifetime purchase at $99. An abandon-flow offer of $19.99 for the first year may be presented one time per install at the discretion of the App. After the first-year period, the abandon-offer subscription renews at the standard annual rate.

All billing is handled by Apple via StoreKit. You manage your subscription in iOS Settings under your name, Subscriptions, Founder Teleprompter. Cancel anytime there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

Prices may change. If we change a subscription price, Apple will notify you and request your consent before the change takes effect.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, for your own professional or personal use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in violation of applicable law, including recording-consent and image-rights laws
• Use the App to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any third party
• Share, sublicense, or resell the App or your subscription
• Use the App in any way that could harm Apple, NEXASPHERE INC., or other users

5. Recording-consent laws are your responsibility

Founder Teleprompter records video from the front camera and audio from the microphone for your own takes. Recording laws vary by state and country. Several US states require the consent of all parties to a private conversation before recording. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the recording-consent laws and image rights that apply where you film. NEXASPHERE INC. is not liable for any violations.

6. Templates and AI features

The App ships with pre-built script templates as starting points for your own writing. Templates are illustrative and do not constitute business, legal, financial, or marketing advice. AI script rewriting is not part of this release. If we add AI rewriting in a future version, it will be subject to clear disclosure of the model used and any data handling implied.

7. Your content

All scripts, takes, recordings, and notes produced by the App are your content. They are stored exclusively on your device. You retain all rights to your content. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy at /products/iphone/founder-teleprompter/privacy.

8. Our intellectual property

The App itself, including its code, design, brand, templates, and documentation, is owned by NEXASPHERE INC. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

9. No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXASPHERE INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP AND THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXASPHERE INC. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will survive.

13. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and NEXASPHERE INC., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple standard end-user license agreement for App Store apps, the relevant provisions of Apple EULA apply. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and may also notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
