Frequently asked questions
Is my habit data uploaded?
No. All habits, streaks, and trigger configurations live on your iPhone in a local SwiftData store with iOS standard encryption at rest. The micro-prompt language model runs on-device via Apple Foundation Models. There is no analytics SDK and no server.
What does RoutineStack read from HealthKit, Calendar, or Location?
Only the trigger types you explicitly enable. If you set a habit to trigger after a calendar event, RoutineStack reads only event start times for the calendar you grant access to. If you set a geofence trigger, RoutineStack uses on-device geofencing. All data is read and processed locally and never transmitted.
What is a Streak Save?
A grace credit that preserves your streak when you miss a day. Pro users get three Streak Saves per month. The credit is stored on-device and resets monthly.
Will my habits sync across devices?
iCloud sync via CloudKit is opt-in in Settings. When enabled, habits and streaks sync via your private iCloud database. Only your devices can read it. Apple manages the storage.
How do I cancel Pro?
iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, RoutineStack, Cancel Subscription.
