Do my claims or pharmacy data leave my iPhone?
No. Claims, alerts, and forecasts are stored locally via Apple SwiftData with iOS data-protection encryption. The only data that ever leaves your iPhone is what you explicitly share through the standard iOS share sheet.

Is the AI MTM scribe included in v1?
No. The medication therapy management AI scribe is planned for v1.1 and is not included in v1. We did not want to ship a paywall feature that traces to empty code. v1 is the four real features in the description.
Is PharmaPulse HIPAA-aligned?
PharmaPulse v1 does not transmit any patient data. We are not a HIPAA business associate in v1 because no PHI flows to NEXASPHERE INC. iOS data-protection encryption applies on device. If v1.1 introduces server-side processing, we will update the Privacy Policy and offer a BAA before that release.
How do I cancel?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap PharmaPulse, then Cancel. Apple manages all billing.
